These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between the end user (“you” or “your” or “user”) and Renotto Raw Food (“Renotto Raw Food” or “we” or “our”). We make our website https://www.renottorawfood.com (the “Site”) available to provide you with information about our company, products, and services, and to allow you to order our products. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before accessing or using the Site. Your use of the Site and the services we provide in connection with the Site (collectively referred to as the “Services”), including, without limitation, our pet food delivery service, is subject to these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms or policies, you may not use or access the Services in any way.

4. User Conduct

As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including, without limitation, all intellectual property laws (such as U.S. copyright laws). Unauthorized use of the Service is expressly prohibited.

• Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or any activity conducted on the Service;

• Interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the Service, including, but not limited to, accessing a Renotto Raw Food user account that is not yours.

5. Purchases on Renotto Raw Food’s Website

To make a purchase, you must provide information including, but not limited to, your address, billing information, and a valid email address. The information you provide will be stored and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Service, you confirm that you are at least of legal age in your state or province of residence or that you are of legal age and have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site. 6.1 Renotto Raw Food Content

The content provided by Renotto Raw Food on the Site, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features (collectively, the “Renotto Raw Food Content”), is intended for all audiences.

Unless otherwise stated, all Renotto Raw Food Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights owned by us or licensed to us by third parties. You may view and use the Content solely for your personal information and to use the Site, and for no other purpose, including but not limited to, commercial purposes. Any use of Renotto Raw Food Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or as explicitly allowed in the Content or in a written agreement signed by us, is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User Material
You understand that you may be exposed to user material from a variety of sources (“User Material”), including, without limitation, text, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and social media posts, as well as content from Renotto Raw Food.

You grant Renotto Raw Food a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to edit, truncate, add to, prepare derivative works from, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, and otherwise fully exploit any User Material that you upload and post on the Site or on a connected service, and to make any other use of such User Material as determined by Renotto Raw Food, including without limitation its use for marketing and promotion.

You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in any User Material that you upload and post on the Site, and that our use of such User Material will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights, and you understand and agree that Renotto Raw Food is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, security, or intellectual property rights of or related to such User Material.

Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to content from Renotto Raw Food or User Material that you consider to be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have or may have against Renotto Raw Food with respect to the foregoing.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the intellectual property rights of any party or these Terms.

We may include information about your pet, but never your personal information, in aggregated data that we disclose to other users or third parties for various purposes, including the publication of studies.

Finally, you understand and agree that Renotto Raw Food, in performing the technical steps required to provide the Service to users, may need to make changes to your User submissions to conform and adapt those User submissions to the technical requirements of connection networks, devices, services, or media, and the prior licenses include the right to do so.

7. Products
   From the moment of delivery, the condition and consumption of the Products is exclusively at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper handling, preparation, storage, use, and consumption of the Products after delivery.

7.1 Accuracy, Completeness, and Availability of Information
We are not responsible if the information available on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing and displaying our products on the Site, but we do not guarantee that these product descriptions or representations, or other content on the Site, are accurate, reliable, current, or complete.

Occasionally, there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or otherwise, we reserve the right not to process or cancel any order placed for such product.

All product offers as displayed through the Services are subject to availability. Renotto Raw Food reserves the right to modify the items offered through the Services at any time. If a product is not available for shipping in a timely manner after you place your order, you will be notified, and you may choose to order a different item that is available at that time, wait until the product becomes available (if it will be available again within a reasonable timeframe), or cancel your order. Renotto Raw Food will not be responsible if products are out of stock or unavailable.

7.2 Product Use
All products available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not resell any products that you purchase or receive from us without our express written consent. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products ordered, at our sole discretion, if we determine that your order violates our Terms.

Renotto Raw Food products are intended solely for dog consumption.

7.3 Dry Ice
We may place dry ice in orders with perishable products to ensure temperature control during transit. You understand that dry ice can cause injury if it comes into contact with exposed skin or is allowed to sublimate in an area without proper ventilation. You agree to keep dry ice away from animals and people, in an area with adequate airflow.

7.4 Pet Health
It is your responsibility to verify whether our products are suitable for your pets and to inform us if your pet has any health issues, including allergies.

We make no representations regarding the suitability of our products for your specific pet, and we disclaim all liability associated with any adverse reactions. If you are concerned about whether our products are suitable for your pet, consult your veterinarian.

7.5 Product Quantities
For certain products, based on the information you provide, we send an amount of meal plan products that is likely to meet your pet’s needs, or we may provide general feeding guidelines. However, every pet is unique, and it is your responsibility to monitor their reaction to the product and request any necessary adjustments.

Our recommended portions are based on you feeding only our product, and we cannot account for other foods or treats that you may feed.

8. Transactions
   8.1 Order Quantities
   Renotto Raw Food reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel your order or limit quantities.

8.2 Prices and Payments
You will be charged at the time you place your order. In the event of cancellation, we will refund your payment.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The prices of products and shipping charges, if any, will be quoted on the Site from time to time and may not include applicable taxes.
We accept debit or credit card payments from the American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover franchises. We reserve the right to change the accepted payment methods at any time.
All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any product or service offer on this site is void where prohibited.

8.3 Promotions
Occasionally, we may offer trials, special offers, or other promotions for specific periods. If we offer a promotion, additional terms will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular promotion or upon signing up for the offer. In the event of a conflict with these terms, the specific terms of the special offer or promotion will prevail.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
All remaining balances exceeding the value of the promotion must be paid with another payment method specified above.
Promotions may have an expiration date, as indicated at the time of issuance.
Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Promotions can only be redeemed on the Site for the purchase of products available there. They cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
To redeem a promotion, you must click on the promotional link before purchasing or use a discount code specified in the marketing material. Additional restrictions may apply as indicated at the time of issuance.
The delivery of an electronic promotion to an incorrect or non-existent email address, or the delivery of a physical promotion to an incorrect or non-existent shipping address, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible if a promotion is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Sales tax and shipping charges apply to any item purchased with a promotion.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, modify, cancel, or hold for review any promotion and order due to suspected fraud, promotions issued in error at an incorrect denomination, or other violations of promotion policies.

9. Shipping
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your shipping address and contact information, so that we can complete your transactions and deliveries and communicate with you as necessary.
We ship orders for delivery through third-party carriers. While we strive to provide the best possible customer experience, we are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party carriers. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience a problem with the carrier.
In the event of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your order, our carrier will attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible. If timely delivery is not possible, we may retry, cancel your delivery for the affected period, and issue you a credit, or reship a new order at a later date.
You are responsible for inspecting all products you receive for damage or other issues at the time of delivery, including ensuring that the product is at a refrigerated temperature. To maintain the quality and integrity of the products, you must immediately remove the food from the box and liner, and refrigerate or freeze it according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines on refrigeration and food safety.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are estimates only. You must notify Renotto Raw Food within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe that all or part of your order is missing or damaged. For packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Renotto Raw Food is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Replacement of products and credits to your account for products shipped that are claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include notification of the postal service. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered products may result in the cancellation of your account. You may be charged, and you are solely responsible for, any applicable local and state sales tax, if applicable.

10. Returns
    Since the products are perishable food items, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have concerns or issues with the products you receive, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue. Renotto Raw Food will not issue refunds for products, except at its sole discretion.
11. General Provisions
    11.1 Privacy
    Renotto Raw Food’s Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into this Agreement. Please read this notice carefully for details on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

11.2 International Access
The Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. However, the Products and Services are only available for sale within the United States and U.S. territories. If you access and use this Site outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

11.3 Indemnification

Renotto Raw Food does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice.
You expressly agree that your use or inability to use the service is at your own risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Renotto Raw Food, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of income, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or products acquired through the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, even if advised of their possibility.
